Pollo Rico is a bare-bones, super-cheap restaurant in Barcelona
Most frugal travelers eventually find their way to Pollo Rico, where you can eat rich with a poor man’s purse.
The ground floor sells scrumptious spit-roasted chicken and tortillas (omelettes) in a cafeteria-like setting, which you can carry out or eat at the scruffy tables.
The comfortable upstairs dining room offers simple fixed-price menus starting at an amazing €6.
