The I Amsterdam Card City Pass costs around $69 for two days, $83 for three days. The I Amsterdam Card City Pass costs €39 for 24 hours, €49 for 48 hours, or €59 for 72 hours.

It covers most major sights, public transportation, and a canal cruise (in addition to a few other discounts and freebies).

Is the I Amsterdam Card City Pass worth it?

Let's break it down.

Purchased separately, tickets to the Rijksmuseum cost €12.50, to the Van Gogh Museum €14. Add a 24-hour tram/bus pass for €7, and a canal cruise is €13. That adds up to a pretty excellent day in Amsterdam—and a whopping €46.50, which is less than the cost of even the 48-hour I Amsterdam Card City Pass.

So, yeah: it's worth it—especially as, in addition to money, it saves you precious vacation time—no more standing in all those museum ticketing lines, or wasting time buying tickets on board trams and buses.
